On a brisk fall morning, I came upon the beautiful Intake 2 lake in Bishop, California. It was breathtaking. The water was still and gave this perfect mirror reflection. I could not get enough of the gold colors in the middle of the blue skies and the snow capped mountain.

This is one of the Mitten Buttes located in Navajo Nation’s Monument Valley Park, Arizona. If you have not yet been there, it should be on your list of next destinations. It is truly a wondrous experience.

Fall is my favorite season. Living in Southern California, one does not get the seasonal changes. But, going north to Bishop, California offers us this pleasure of seeing the leaves changing colors. A great destination for photographers.
